SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Bici Bottega (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Service Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including bicycle sales, repairs, and maintenance. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Bici Bottega offers the following services:

Sale of bicycles and accessories
Designing of Custom-Painted Bicycle

Bicycle build, rebuild, repairs and maintenance

3D printed spare parts and accessories

Spare parts and accessories

Consultation and after-sales support

Our services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined at the point of service.

2. Booking and Appointment

Customers must schedule appointments in advance via our website, phone, or in-store.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
A none refundable booking fees of $100/- is required upon appointment confirmation and can be off-set on confirmed project's design consultation fees.
Please note that we do not provide replica paint services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Service Delivery

Bici Bottega shall perform services professionally, with due care and skill.
Estimated completion times are provided as a guide but are not guaranteed.
Customers will be informed of any delays or issues affecting service quality or timelines.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers shall provide accurate information during booking and service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the bicycle and parts are suitable for the requested services.
Customers must present the bicycle and relevant accessories upon service.
Customers must ensure to supply only original bicycle frame, parts, components.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of [e.g., 30 days] from the date of service.
Warranty covers only the workmanship, not parts or damages caused by misuse or accidents.
Faulty parts supplied by us may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to third-party terms.

7. Liability and Risks

Bici Bottega shall not be liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or third-party interference.
Customers acknowledge the inherent risks of cycling and related activities.

8. Parts and Accessories

All parts and accessories are subject to availability.
We shall not be responsible for parts supplied by third parties that are defective or incompatible.
Replacement parts are warranted as per manufacturer policies.

9. Liability Limitations

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total paid for services rendered.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on our website and within our services are owned by or licensed to Bici Bottega.
Customers shall not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without consent.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if unresolved, via Singapore courts.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our project services if the terms are violated or for other justified reasons.
