Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Our services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined at the point of service. Booking and Appointment Customers must schedule appointments in advance via our website, phone, or in-store. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. A none refundable booking fees of $100/- is required upon appointment confirmation and can be off-set on confirmed project's design consultation fees. We understand there will be last minute matters at hand, thus customers are encouraged to notify us when such need arises. There will be strictly no refunds provided for "No Show" appointments. Please note that we do not provide replica paint services of Factory Limited Edition bikes.
